About Us

At Disruptors+, we’re here for anyone who’s ever felt like an outsider, ready to help you live boldly, confidently, and unapologetically yourself. Our online community is a safe, inclusive space that’s powered by voices from within—no “outsider experts” telling you how to be. While we’re human enough to make a mistake here and there, (perfection is boring, anyway), we’re all about doing the work: unlearning, listening, and growing together. With practical advice, real-talk content, and tips to level up your self-advocacy, we’re not just challenging societal norms; we’re flipping them upside down. Because at Disruptors+, it’s about creating real, lasting connections and a space where everyone can belong, thrive, and find their people for life.

We are the place where your story thrives.

Our Story

Disruptors+ was built by passionate humans on a mission to do better and be better in this world. Together, we’ve navigated plenty of twists and turns, holding our vision—and our values—at the center of everything. We imagined a community where you can show up as your full self, no explanations required, and where your unique journey is celebrated. We’re here to champion self-advocacy in ways that keep your safety and well-being at the forefront, and every decision we make is crafted with care, purpose, and an eye toward a brighter, more inclusive world.

We’re in the work of unlearning, dismantling outdated norms, and creating a space where everyone is free to be themselves. Disruptors+ isn’t just a community—it’s your new bestie for life.
